Please review the information below PRIOR to submitting an order. These policies and FAQs are listed to ensure a smooth ordering process and answer common questions regarding custom orders, pickup, payments, and more.
Production
This business operates under the Tennessee Cottage Food Law. All products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to inspection. In accordance with Tennessee Cottage Food Law, products may only be sold within Tennessee and wholesale partnerships are limited to Tennessee-based businesses and events.
Quality & Freshness
Cookies are best enjoyed within 3–4 days of receipt. To maintain freshness, store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
Ordering & Availability
Our cookies are released in limited monthly drops and are available while supplies last. Because each batch is made in small quantities to ensure quality and freshness, items may sell out quickly.
We recommend placing your order as soon as the drop opens to secure your selection. Custom orders are accepted outside of monthly drop schedule. Minimum order quantities will apply
Large events, weddings, and corporate gifting orders must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Requests submitted within a shorter timeframe may be accepted based on availability and may incur a rush production fee.
Orders are confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are custom event orders available?
Yes! The Cookie Collection specializes in custom dessert experiences for:
Weddings
Corporate events
Client gifting
Brand activations
Large celebrations
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all custom orders totaling under $200.
For custom orders exceeding $200, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the scheduled fulfillment date. The final payment deadline will be determined based on the scope and scale of the project/event.
Is Custom Branding Available?
We do offer custom packaging options ideal for client appreciation, team celebrations, and holiday gifting. Enhancements may include branded cards, bespoke packaging, and personalized messages.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by order type.
Online orders require a $20 minimum purchase. Custom orders begin at one dozen cookies. Please note that multi-flavor orders, corporate gifting and events may require higher minimum quantities.
Allergies
Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.
Charitable Contributions
At The Cookie Collection, we are proud to support our community through charitable giving. As part of this commitment, we offer in-kind donations of our signature cookies to qualifying organizations and events.
All donation requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability, production capacity, and alignment with our brand values. While we would love to support every request, we are unable to accommodate donations beyond the established quarterly limit. Please submit all requests to hello@thecookiecollection.co.
Refunds, Cancellations, & Fulfillment
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can review and address your concern.
Cancellations
Online orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once payment has been processed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and refund policy.
For event bookings, all deposits are non-refundable. In limited circumstances, event orders may be rescheduled based on availability and at our discretion.
Pickup
Orders must be picked up during the designated pickup date and time selected at checkout.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders not picked up during the scheduled window may be forfeited and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Shipping Availability
Shipping is available within the state of Tennessee only. Due to cottage food regulations, we are unable to ship orders outside of Tennessee at this time.
Shipping orders require a minimum purchase of one dozen (12) cookies. Customers interested in having cookies shipped should submit an inquiry through our contact form to request a custom shipping order.
